How positive attitude works to crack NEET

How positive attitude works to crack NEET :

Well, Today I am going to discuss about an important topic for the Medical aspirants and other students as well. i.e. How the positive attitude can lead  you towards the success. Of Course the study needed. Beside that your positive attitude enhance your potential. Here I will mainly discuss how our body express the function according to our thought. in other word how thought change the activity of brain. As we all know that most of the medical aspirants are with physics phobia right??

which means they don't like physics or they can't progress with physics. They scared of physics. But why?? What would be the reason? Why a students  think about themselves that they can't remember whatever they study, Finally they think that they are not smart like the topper..  all these things I will cover up here In shaa Allah.
Ok, You might have heard about the chemical messanger, neurotransmitter, All these term you got in your 11th standard biology. Am I right ?? The real funda is with these things. Now let us see how our body acts according to our thought.
Every minute of every day, our body  physically reacting, literally changing, in response to the thoughts that run through our mind. It’s been proven over and over again that just thinking about something causes our brain to release neurotransmitters, chemical messengers that allow it to communicate with parts of itself and our nervous system. Neurotransmitters control virtually all of our body’s functions, from hormones to digestion to feeling happy, sad, or stressed. Every thought we have, causes neurochemical changes, some may be temporary and some  lasting. For instance, when people consciously practice gratitude, they get a surge of rewarding neurotransmitters, like dopamine, and experience a general alerting and brightening of the mind, probably correlated with more of the neurochemical  norepinephrine. A thought is an electrochemical event taking place in our nerve cells producing a cascade of physiological changes. There are thousands upon thousands of receptors on each cell in our body. Each receptor is specific to one peptide, or protein. When we have feelings of anger, sadness, guilt, excitement, happiness or nervousness, each separate emotion releases its own flurry of neuropeptides. Those peptides surge through the body and connect with those receptors which change the structure of each cell as a whole. Where this gets interesting is when the cells actually divide. If a cell has been exposed to a certain peptide more than others, the new cell that is produced through its division will have more of the receptor that matches with that specific peptide. Likewise, the cell will also have less receptors for peptides that its mother/sister cell was not exposed to as often.
So, if we have been bombarding our cells with peptides from negative thoughts, we are literally programming our cells to receive more of the same negative peptides in the future. What’s even worse is that we’re lessening the number of receptors of positive peptides on the cells, making ourself more inclined towards negativity.
Every cell in our body is replaced about every two months. So, the good news is, we can reprogram our pessimistic cells to be more optimistic by adopting positive thinking practices, like mindfulness and gratitude, for permanent results. Our thought changes is our genetic activity, meaning the hundreds of proteins, enzymes, and other chemicals that regulate our cells. Only about five percent of gene mutations are thought to be the direct cause of health issues. That leaves 95 percent of genes linked to disorders acting as an influencers, which can be influenced one way or another, depending on life factors. Of course, many of these are beyond our control, like childhood events, but some are entirely within our control, such as diet, exercise, stress management, and emotional states. The last two factors are directly dependant on our thoughts.
our biology doesn’t spell our destiny, and we aren’t controlled by our genetic makeup. Instead, our genetic activity is largely determined by our thoughts, attitudes, and perceptions. Epigenetics is proving that our perceptions and thoughts control our biology, which places us in the driver’s seat. By changing our thoughts, we can influence and shape our own genetic readout. We have much more power than ever believed to influence our physical and mental realities. our mindset is recognized by our body – right down to the genetic level, and the more we improve our mental habits, the more beneficial response we’ll get from our body.

So now I guess you understood the activity of our brain. So, what you need to think is that you have to be positive, you have to think that you can score more than 600, You can solve any kinds of problem in physics. You can remember whatever you read. Just bring your positive attitude, your positive thought, never negotiate yourself, never make you feel loser and Finally your achievement will make you realized that you did it. And if you could do it then everyone can do it.
