How positive attitude works to crack NEET

September 01, 2017 0
How positive attitude works to crack NEET :

Well, Today I am going to discuss about an important topic for the Medical aspirants and other students as well. i.e. How the positive attitude can lead  you towards the success. Of Course the study needed. Beside that your positive attitude enhance your potential. Here I will mainly discuss how our body express the function according to our thought. in other word how thought change the activity of brain. As we all know that most of the medical aspirants are with physics phobia right??

which means they don't like physics or they can't progress with physics. They scared of physics. But why?? What would be the reason? Why a students  think about themselves that they can't remember whatever they study, Finally they think that they are not smart like the topper..  all these things I will cover up here In shaa Allah.
Ok, You might have heard about the chemical messanger, neurotransmitter, All these term you got in your 11th standard biology. Am I right ?? The real funda is with these things. Now let us see how our body acts according to our thought.
Every minute of every day, our body  physically reacting, literally changing, in response to the thoughts that run through our mind. It’s been proven over and over again that just thinking about something causes our brain to release neurotransmitters, chemical messengers that allow it to communicate with parts of itself and our nervous system. Neurotransmitters control virtually all of our body’s functions, from hormones to digestion to feeling happy, sad, or stressed. Every thought we have, causes neurochemical changes, some may be temporary and some  lasting. For instance, when people consciously practice gratitude, they get a surge of rewarding neurotransmitters, like dopamine, and experience a general alerting and brightening of the mind, probably correlated with more of the neurochemical  norepinephrine. A thought is an electrochemical event taking place in our nerve cells producing a cascade of physiological changes. There are thousands upon thousands of receptors on each cell in our body. Each receptor is specific to one peptide, or protein. When we have feelings of anger, sadness, guilt, excitement, happiness or nervousness, each separate emotion releases its own flurry of neuropeptides. Those peptides surge through the body and connect with those receptors which change the structure of each cell as a whole. Where this gets interesting is when the cells actually divide. If a cell has been exposed to a certain peptide more than others, the new cell that is produced through its division will have more of the receptor that matches with that specific peptide. Likewise, the cell will also have less receptors for peptides that its mother/sister cell was not exposed to as often.
So, if we have been bombarding our cells with peptides from negative thoughts, we are literally programming our cells to receive more of the same negative peptides in the future. What’s even worse is that we’re lessening the number of receptors of positive peptides on the cells, making ourself more inclined towards negativity.
Every cell in our body is replaced about every two months. So, the good news is, we can reprogram our pessimistic cells to be more optimistic by adopting positive thinking practices, like mindfulness and gratitude, for permanent results. Our thought changes is our genetic activity, meaning the hundreds of proteins, enzymes, and other chemicals that regulate our cells. Only about five percent of gene mutations are thought to be the direct cause of health issues. That leaves 95 percent of genes linked to disorders acting as an influencers, which can be influenced one way or another, depending on life factors. Of course, many of these are beyond our control, like childhood events, but some are entirely within our control, such as diet, exercise, stress management, and emotional states. The last two factors are directly dependant on our thoughts.
our biology doesn’t spell our destiny, and we aren’t controlled by our genetic makeup. Instead, our genetic activity is largely determined by our thoughts, attitudes, and perceptions. Epigenetics is proving that our perceptions and thoughts control our biology, which places us in the driver’s seat. By changing our thoughts, we can influence and shape our own genetic readout. We have much more power than ever believed to influence our physical and mental realities. our mindset is recognized by our body – right down to the genetic level, and the more we improve our mental habits, the more beneficial response we’ll get from our body.

So now I guess you understood the activity of our brain. So, what you need to think is that you have to be positive, you have to think that you can score more than 600, You can solve any kinds of problem in physics. You can remember whatever you read. Just bring your positive attitude, your positive thought, never negotiate yourself, never make you feel loser and Finally your achievement will make you realized that you did it. And if you could do it then everyone can do it.

How to make real time table for study:

Well. you all are struggling for the one and only dream i.e How can you crack medical Entrance. How should you study, how much time should you devote for it. Which time is more effective whether day or night? So many questions going hectic inside your head. So here I am going to discuss about this burning issue.

Many of you might have asked somebody about the time or schedule for your study. You might have asked your teacher, your mentor, toppers, YouTuber or seniors, and wasting your valuable time looking for the same. How time passes you are not aware of that. It is normal thing that everyone has given you the different solution, different method as per their convenient. My dear brother and sister, every one of us has the different mindset, different capability, and different comfort zone. Whatever comfort zone anyone else has, it might not there in you. Suppose a student likes to read/study during night time, and you might have interest to read on day time, your brain may work during day time, it may capture more during day time. A student may concentrate anytime, he may likes to study in his smart phone, laptop , but you may study only in hard copy, may be you are comfortable with that. Then why are you wondering about?? Why are you looking for the solution by roaming around?? Why are you going to suffer giving your key of life to others hand?? Brother and Sister, Your key of life should always be with you, your life should be driven only by you. Yes, you may take motivation, advice or idea. But you should not completely depend on that person and their habit. If a student is got selected studying only 4 hours a day, that might not work on you. You might not able to capture enough within that much time. Then why??Why I am saying like this because I have seen many student they ask me that please prepare a study Schedule for me, brother how much time should I study to crack NEET, brother how much time you devoted during your time, how much time you utilized during your +2? And so on.  So I would like to inform you the most important point, I am sure, 100% sure that it works on everyone, first know yourself. How much capability you have, how often you forget, how faster you can learn, how faster you can understand a concept, how faster you can solve a problem, how long your concept remains in your brain. If you can analyze you yourself, In shaa Allah you can succeed in your life easily. According to your capability you schedule your time yourself. because you know the availability of your time,  capability of your mind, specific time of your mind, then schedule also should be prepared by yourself. A study schedule is effective only when you prepare yourself honestly and practically. Here I have mentioned practically because, this is not what you imagine, it is that schedule what is really going on your daily life. This is not like other people, this is like you, that you are going to build what you desire and on the basis what you have. Schedule your study hour on that time when you are very active, when your brain is interested to capture, when you feel very fresh. Because, without your interest you cannot concentrate on your study as a result your study won't be effective. So try to recognize your effective time. Whenever you think that your brain wants to study or you feel like to study then go and sit for it. Because active mind is necessary for learning. Don't just blindly count your time and fixed for study, like 16 hr, 18 hr.. First you see whether you can maintain upto that much or not. Because counting the total hour doesn't means that you achieved great thing. You should count your knowledge how much you gained. Hope you understood what I am trying to say. Stay focussed on your concept how much you are gaining.  Finally I would like to say that Making schedule doesn't confirm your success, but how are you following that schedule that matters. Your regularity matters.

6 Important tips to crack any exam

August 15, 2017 0
To crack any exam you require 6 most important things. If you have these 6 things then In shaa Allah you will be succeeded. Do you want to know those 6 things??? Yup.. Those are...

1. Patience
2. Concentration
 3. Study
4.Understanding
5. Practice and
6. The last but not the least rather most important and key to succeed is Revision.

Now. let's talk about these 6 pillar of success in details.
1. Patience:  Patience is the ability to tolerate waiting, delay, or frustration without becoming agitated or upset. It's the ability to be able to control your emotions or impulses and proceed calmly when faced with difficulties. It comes from the Latin word pati which means to suffer, to endure, to bear.
Needless to say, patience does not come easily to most of us and it's probably harder now to be patient than historically it has ever been.
if we want to reach our goals, then definitely we should have some patience.Anything worthwhile and of importance cannot take place right away. It takes time, dedication and effort to achieve; so even in this day and age, patience is a virtue.

2. Concentration: It is very important and necessary to study with concentration. Because, without concentration things will not be perfect. Especially, in education field concentration is much more important than any other thing. When you study with concentration, then you can see the good result, so concentration playing vital role in studying/preparing, it is very important to hold the same level of concentration from the beginning to end. But, it is impossible to hold the same kind of concentration at all the time, sometimes there may chance to  lose your concentration. Reason may be anything, have to increase the concentration if you want to get good results. So you should have good concentration to understand the things which you are studying. Increase your concentration while studying, by following below tips:

a) Selection of Study place:
Choosing a good environment is important for studying continuously without any disturbance. So, make sure the environment where you want to study it shouldn’t  disturb your mind. Based on your Comfortable and interest, select suitable environment to study whether it is peaceful or noisy. Because, some people like to study in noisy environment.
b)Gathering all the stuffs:
It is also important to carry all your belongings to studying place. Because, if you missed something, it creates unnecessary disturbance while going and picking it. There may chance to lose your concentration while roaming and finding it. So, it is very important to carry all study materials with you.
c)Avoid electronics:
Electronics like TV, computer, laptop, Video gamer and phones are the big cause to get disturbed. Most importantly, stay away with cell phones, don’t let them to disturb you. If you can’t stay away with electronics better you turn off all those electronics.
d)Make a suitable Timetable:
Prepare a time table for your studies assign a considerable amount of time for each task (topic/subject) to complete. Stick to your timetable and try to complete all your tasks within the time.
e)Take short interval:
After continues study takes a small break because too much study also not good. Do the things which you like to do in your break time and come back to study mode. Do not take breaks much because you may lose your concentration if you take so much time to break.
f)Eat Healthily:
Have a good food, try to eat more fruits, do not take junk food it may give you unhealthy and you may not study comfortably. So have a good food.
g)Sleep well:
After completion of your study period, you should sleep well, if you don’t sleep well,  you may not get ready to next time freshly, and there are many chances to forget the things which you studied. As per the research, people should sleep at least 6-8 hours in the night, to remember the things well. So have a good sleep.
3. Study : As you all know there is no short cut to get through any exam. To crack any exam you must have to go through your syllabus. You have to study. But you must study smartly.
4. Understanding: Don't just read and memorise blindly. Read your text and try to understand. Without understanding it is very difficult to attempt any conceptual question which usually comes into every medical entrance test. Understand the concept comparing with your day to day life. It will help you  in better understanding.

5. Practice: Studying all the chapter and topic, if you don't practice question then it is of no use. To succeed in exam you must have to practice lots of questions. Practice itself will you provide you the real depth of the final exam. It will enhance your accuracy, scoring capacity, solving technique by taking away your fear and hesitation during the exam.
6. Revision :  I can guarantee you that if you just finish your course without revising your topic or whatever you studied previously . you can never succeed. But. Your regular revision lead you automatically towards the success. You know real success mantra is the Revision. Many student study whole year very nicely.. But they never revise . and you know what happen in the exam?? Seeing their question they realise that ohh I have read this portion but I am not sure about it. they got very confused because they didn't revise it. So now you can imagine how important the revision is.

So, friends keep in mind these points, then in shaa Allah you can succeed in the exam.
